Day 1 — Tarangire national park

Depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and one of Africa’s largest elephant populations. Enjoy a full-day game drive while searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. As you explore the park, enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Tarangire, from open savannah grasslands to seasonal swamps and the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife throughout the dry season. Keep your eyes open for different animal species gathering near water sources, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. Dinner and overnight at a mid-range safari lodge.

Day 2 — Tarangire to Serengeti

After breakfast, continue your journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive across the endless plains of Central Serengeti, searching for lions, elephants, leopards, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife. Spend the evening relaxing at your safari camp surrounded by the sounds of nature. Day 3 — Full day in the Serengeti

Spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Discover the park’s rich wildlife, including predators, large herbivore herds, and diverse bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the safari before returning to your camp for dinner and overnight stay. Begin your adventure early in the morning when wildlife is often more active, offering excellent opportunities to observe animals in their natural habitat. As you explore the vast Serengeti plains, keep an eye out for lions resting in the grass, leopards hiding among trees, and cheetahs scanning the open landscape for potential prey. You may also encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and various antelope species moving across the plains in search of food and water.

Continue exploring the Serengeti throughout the day, with opportunities for unforgettable wildlife sightings and stunning landscapes. Later, return to your lodge. Begin your day with the scenery of the Serengeti as your guide takes you through areas of the park. The early hours can provide rewarding opportunities to observe animals while they are active, moving across the grasslands, or gathering near water sources. Keep your camera ready as you watch wildlife in its natural environment and appreciate the atmosphere of the African wilderness.

Day 5 — Serengeti-Ngorongoro crater-Arusha

After breakfast depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive, exploring its remarkable landscapes and abundant wildlife. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife that inhabit the crater floor. After the game drive, ascend from the crater and continue your journey to Arusha. Enjoy the final views of Tanzania’s beautiful landscapes before arriving in Arusha, where you will be transferred to your hotel, airport, or preferred location, marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
